In each season of CounterClock, Delia D'Ambra extensively relates a real unsolved crime. She tries to shed light on the mysteries surrounding them by doing extensive investigative work and the help of some law. Season one verses on the Denise Johnson murder in 1997; after 23 years, her case has not been solved. Season two is about the murder of Stacey Stanton in her own apartment; after three decades, the murderer identity is still not sure.
